Gratia Scents Return & Exchange Policy
At Gratia Scents, our return policy follows the Sunnah, and we strive to serve our customers fairly, honestly, and transparently. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to provide the best possible shopping experience.

1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange
We accept returns and exchanges for any perfume you are unsatisfied with, provided they meet the following criteria:

  • Allow To Open: Customers may open the package and test the fragrance upon delivery to ensure satisfaction before fully committing to the purchase.
  • Usage Limit: Perfume bottles with up to 10% used (i.e., at least 90% remaining) are eligible for return.
  • Request Timeline: Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items
All products are eligible for return; however, the following are exceptions:

  • Bottles where more than 10% of the product has been used (beyond testing).

3. Damaged, Leaked, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos or videos as proof.
  • Gratia Scents will cover all shipping charges and provide a full refund or replacement.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers will not pay shipping costs for returns under any circumstance except if the product is damaged due to their own handling.
  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, leaked, or wrong item), we will cover all return shipping charges.

5. Refund & Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 2–4 working days for inspection and processing.
